Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Select your size and colour, add the product to your bag, and submit your contact and delivery details at checkout. Repi will confirm availability, shipping and your final total before payment.
How do I pay?
Contact Repi with your order number to receive manual payment instructions. Available payment arrangements will be confirmed directly. Submitting an order does not charge you or mark it paid.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact Repi as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellation depend on whether the order has already been prepared or dispatched.
Delivery
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide tracked delivery to the countries and regions listed at checkout. Availability and any destination restrictions are confirmed before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–3 days for preparation. Estimated delivery is about 6–9 days after dispatch. Customs, holidays and local delivery conditions can cause delays. See our shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping and the final amount are confirmed for your destination before payment. The checkout subtotal covers products only.
How do I track an order?
Use your order number and checkout email on our order tracking page. Once a parcel has been dispatched, use its carrier tracking number on 17TRACK.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Contact Repi within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must meet the conditions in our return policy. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact Repi promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos so we can review the problem and advise on the next steps.
When will a refund arrive?
Approved refunds are arranged through the confirmed payment method. Repi will confirm the expected processing time when the return or refund is approved.
