Kith x ASICS Gel Kayano 12.1 ‘Peat Cream’

Description

The Kith x ASICS Gel-Kayano 12.1 ‘Peat Cream’ delivers a refined, neutral-toned take on the hybrid silhouette, combining technical performance roots with elevated lifestyle appeal. This collaboration merges the Gel-Kayano 12 upper with the advanced cushioning system of the Gel-Nimbus 17, resulting in a sneaker that balances heritage and comfort.

The upper features anthracite woven mesh, offering breathability and depth, while light grey suede overlays add a premium, textured contrast. Signature metallic silver ASICS tiger stripes elevate the look with a subtle futuristic edge. On the tongue, a triangular badge showcases the Japanese word “tomodachi” (friend) alongside Kith branding, reinforcing the collaboration’s community-driven message.

Comfort is at the forefront with a full-length EVA midsole paired with visible GEL cushioning in both the forefoot and heel, ensuring responsive support and all-day wearability. Dual branding on the sockliner completes the co-branded identity.

The ‘Peat Cream’ Gel-Kayano 12.1 stands out with its muted palette and premium materials, making it a versatile choice for those who appreciate understated design with high-performance comfort.
