Crafted from a custom-developed mercerized fabric blend of 56% nylon and 44% cotton, the jacket is woven and dyed to match the original specifications in texture, density, and structure. The floral logo embroidery is meticulously reproduced through a multi-stage development process, with seven revisions completed over nearly two months. Using custom Coats embroidery threads and Barudan embroidery machines, high-density foam padding is added beneath the stitching to create a sculptural, three-dimensional effect that remains stable over time.
The stand-collar zip-up silhouette is developed directly from original reference data, delivering a clean and structured fit with excellent wearability. Custom-dyed 2×2 stretch ribbing, precision-woven twill tapes, and a fully custom electroplated zipper system further elevate the garment’s construction.
