The Lapstone & Hammer x ASICS GEL-KAYANO 12.1 ‘The Spark’ brings a striking metallic treatment to the technical running-inspired silhouette. Built around a layered mix of open mesh and synthetic overlays, the collaboration combines early-2000s performance aesthetics with an elevated, fashion-forward finish.

The upper features a cream open-mesh base for breathability, contrasted by reflective metallic silver overlays across the toe, eyestay, and heel. Black ASICS Tiger Stripes create strong definition along the sidewalls, while additional linear graphics reinforce the shoe’s technical appearance. Underfoot, the sculpted sole pairs neutral tones with vivid red GEL cushioning accents, adding an energetic flash of color that gives “The Spark” its distinctive character.
